His core work is lease renewals, rent reviews and occasional re-gears. He thrives on strategy and technical detail but is motivated by client relationships. He recently renewed leases on two Norwich industrial units (37,000 and 44,000 sq ft), worth over £850,000 a year combined. Both settled above estimated rental value, giving the client longer-term income certainty. He also handled a rent review on 20,000 sq ft of offices at Broadland Business Park and a 13,000 sq ft Wymondham office renewal.
 
Jordan's current work includes White Lodge Trading Estate, Hellesdon Park and Abbey Farm. One 12,000 sq ft rent review brought the client back for a second instruction, on 28,000 sq ft.
 
Outside of work, you'll find Jordan playing football, enjoying a round of golf, or running along the North Norfolk coast.
